This senior role leads the Supporter Acquisition and Innovation Unit, responsible for designing and executing an annual acquisition plan to maximise income and recruit new donors throughout the year.

You will develop innovative acquisition products, lead market research, and analyse customer trends to craft strategies that engage supporters in impactful ways.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver innovative solutions to efficiently acquire new donors with high lifetime value potential.
