Job summary
West Bromwich Albion Football Club Ltd is seeking an Assistant Head of Coaching (9-14) to join our Academy in West Bromwich. This senior role supports implementing and delivering the Academy’s coaching programme, working closely with the Academy Manager and Head of Coaching to drive coach development and maximise staff potential.
The role is full-time, with responsibilities including evenings, weekends and bank holidays as required.
Qualifications
- Leadership and coaching experience within academy or sports development
- Ability to mentor coaches and drive coach development strategies
- Strong collaboration with academy management and safeguarding policies
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the delivery of the Academy coaching programme.
- Oversee the coach development strategy and mentor staff to reach full potential.
- Coordinate with the Academy Manager and Head of Coaching to implement priority initiatives.
