West Bromwich Albion Football Club Ltd is seeking an Assistant Head of Coaching (9-14) to join our Academy in West Bromwich. This senior role supports implementing and delivering the Academy’s coaching programme, working closely with the Academy Manager and Head of Coaching to drive coach development and maximise staff potential.
The role is full-time, with responsibilities including evenings, weekends and bank holidays as required.

This is an important leadership role within our Academy, as you will be responsible for supporting the implementation and delivery of the Academy's coaching programme. Working closely with the Academy Manager, and Head of Coaching you will oversee the delivery of the Academy's coach development strategy and help mentor coaches to help them reach their full potential.
This is a full time role which will includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays as required and in line with business needs.
