Zizzi Ristorante Bath is seeking an Assistant Head Chef to lead shifts in the Head Chef's absence, ensuring flawless, fast service and high-quality Italian dishes. You’ll balance a busy kitchen with delivery channels and coach a team to perform under pressure.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams in high-volume environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the kitchen and run the pass in the Head Chef's absence.
• Deliver exceptional food quality and consistency across dine-in and delivery orders.
• Support management with stock, labour, prep, and cost control.
• Coach and develop junior chefs.
• Act as role model for safety and cleanliness.
