Club4 Fitness Inverness seeks an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in delivering an outstanding member experience and driving revenue growth. You will lead operations, supervise staff, and ensure high service standards across the club.

The role oversees daily gym operations, trains and motivates team members, and partners with regional leadership to achieve performance targets and community engagement. Candidates should have leadership experience and CPR/AED certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Must have supervisory or leadership experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in the absence of the General Manager.
• Drive membership sales and achieve location KPIs.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests.
• Coach and mentor staff to deliver excellent service.
• Monitor daily deposits and maintain financial controls.
• Ensure adherence to policies and operational standards.
