We are looking for a passionate and guest-focused Assistant Guest Relations Manager to join our incredible Guest Relations team at Pan Pacific London.

You should demonstrate confidence, empathy, and professionalism when dealing with guests and colleagues. Remaining calm under pressure and delivering the best experience for our guests is essential.

JOB SUMMARY

As the Assistant Guest Relations Manager, your main role will be to set the tone for our guests by creating a warm welcome. You will also oversee delivering a seamless and memorable in-room dining experience from start to finish. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Creating a positive first impression across all contacts (guests, associates, suppliers, visitors, residents).
  • Ensuring all in-room dining orders are accurate, clear, and complete.
  • Developing training programs with the Kitchen and In-Room Dining teams to keep staff knowledgeable about offerings.
  • Knowing our F&B offerings, specials, and promotions to enhance guest experiences.
  • Welcoming calls warmly, using guest names, and connecting guests to the right people.
