Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage accurate financial statements to summarise the company's financial status.
• Handle quarterly VAT returns, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Develop and produce financial forecasts that assist in strategic decision-making.
• Oversee cash flow forecasting, ensuring liquidity goals are met.
• Assist with audit preparations and ensure smooth audit processes.
• Reconcile accounting discrepancies and resolve imbalances promptly.
• Delegate tasks to junior accounting staff, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Supervise Finance Assistants and step in to cover their roles when needed.
• Collaborate with senior management, preparing detailed financial reports to support business decisions.
• Complete the monthly management pack with precision and attention to detail.
• Conduct daily income audits, reconciling and verifying monetary transactions.
