Job summary

Premium Restaurant Group in London is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to join one of their high-performing restaurant teams. You will support the General Manager in delivering operational excellence, driving guest experiences, and leading a large team in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers a guaranteed package around £46,500, Christmas Day and Boxing Day off, and clear opportunities for progression across multiple sites, with ongoing training and annual salary reviews.

Experience in a premium hospitality management role.

Responsibilities

Support the General Manager in the smooth day-to-day running of the restaurant.
Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
Drive team engagement, development, and succession planning.
Ensure operational standards, compliance, and company procedures are consistently maintained.
Monitor performance and help deliver key business objectives, including sales, labour, and profitability targets.
Foster a positive and inclusive team culture aligned with the company's values.
