Jobswipe Premium in Leeds is seeking a General Manager to take full ownership of day-to-day operations, lead the management team, and ensure an outstanding guest experience in a premium, high-volume setting.

You will drive sales, labour cost control, and profitability, while building a culture of accountability and progression with ongoing training and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Proven GM experience in premium/high-volume restaurants.
• Strong leadership with ability to develop managers.
