Nando's Leicester is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a busy restaurant with energy and passion. You will drive a high-performance team, uphold brand standards, and ensure exceptional PERi-PERi service both in restaurant and for takeout orders.

As part of the restaurant leadership team, you’ll shape guest experiences, develop staff talent, and maintain a positive, fast-paced work environment that aligns with our values and guest expectations.

• Drive and motivate a team on shift to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Ensure the Nando's customer journey is carried out on shift, across all channels.
• Lead restaurant operations including the recruitment, development and performance of team members.
