Responsibilities
- Lead restaurant on shift, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure the Nando’s customer journey is delivered consistently across all channels.
- Drive team development, coaching and performance to meet brand standards.
- Maintain high quality food preparation, service delivery and safety standards.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to implement company initiatives and improvements.
