You will lead staff development, manage scheduling, budgets and supplier relationships, collaborate with kitchen and bar teams, and stand in for the General Manager when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience as Assistant General Manager or Restaurant Manager in hospitality.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing operations, teams, and business growth.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of budgeting and cost control in food service.
• Ability to work under pressure in high-volume setting.
• Familiarity with food safety and health regulations.
