Job summary

The Blue Posts in London is seeking an exceptional Assistant General Manager to lead three distinct venues across three floors. You’ll partner with the General Manager to drive service standards, develop teams and optimise hospitality across the pub, wine bar, and Michelin-counter concept.

We value a strong beverage background, hands-on leadership, and a true hospitality mindset. This role offers progression within Studio Paskin and exposure to multiple formats in a vibrant, renowned area.

Qualifications

• Experience in an Assistant General Manager or comparable senior leadership role.
• Strong beverage background with beer, wine and spirits knowledge.
• Pub experience is highly desirable.
• Proven experience leading hospitality teams.
• Natural and confident host who enjoys being in service.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good commercial awareness including labour, stock and cost control.
• Experience within quality-led, busy hospitality environments.
• Curiosity, energy and ambition to develop into broader operational leadership.
• A genuine love of hospitality in all its forms.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation of three venues across three floors.
• Set standards, lead and develop the team, drive service and hospitality.
• Support commercial performance and manage labour, stock and efficiency.
• Collaborate with General Manager and floor leaders.
• Ensure three venues operate brilliantly together.
