Job summary

The Blue Posts in London is seeking an exceptional Assistant General Manager to lead our multi-floor, multi-concept building across three distinct venues. You’ll partner with the General Manager to drive service, hospitality and operational excellence from the pub to Evelyn’s Table.

We value a strong beverage background, hands-on leadership, and a genuine love of hospitality. You’ll develop teams, manage labour and costs, and help shape a vibrant guest experience across all three floors.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in senior hospitality leadership roles.
• Strong beverage knowledge across beer, wine and spirits.
• Experience managing multi-floor, multi-concept venues.
• Excellent people management and coaching skills.
• Strong organizational and cost-control capabilities.
• Genuine love of hospitality and service.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation across three floors and three concepts.
• Set service standards and monitor guest experience.
• Develop and coach senior service teams.
• Drive commercial performance and labour/stock control.
• Collaborate with General Manager to optimise operations.
• Maintain compliance and safety standards.
