Job summary

Nando's is seeking an Assistant General Manager in the United Kingdom to lead the restaurant team and partner with the Patrão to execute the business strategy. You will drive performance, coaching your Nandocas to deliver excellent service while maintaining compliance and strong profitability.

You will be responsible for managing operations, budgeting, forecasting, and labour, ensuring an outstanding customer journey across Eat-in, Collect and Delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a high-volume restaurant environment.
• Strong operational and commercial performance track record.
• Ability to analyse data and drive profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant management team alongside the Patrão to deliver great results.
• Inspire and develop the Nandocas to perform at their best every day.
• Balance budgets, forecast demand and manage labour effectively.
• Drive exceptional customer experience across Eat-in, Collect and Delivery.
• Ensure compliance and safety standards are maintained.
