Job summary

Nando's is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Eastleigh, United Kingdom. You will lead and inspire the team to deliver exceptional PERi-PERi experiences, managing day-to-day operations and ensuring flawless service.

You will drive staff development, uphold brand standards, and maintain a positive, energetic restaurant culture while delivering strong results and customer satisfaction.
