The Botanist Leeds is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead and inspire teams, deliver outstanding guest experiences and contribute to daily operations. You will work closely with the General Manager to shape culture, support staff and drive performance.

The role focuses on people development, service standards and creating a positive team environment, with opportunities for ongoing training and professional growth within the group.

• Previous management experience within hospitality is desirable.

Previous management experience within hospitality is desirable.
