Job summary

TipTopJob in London is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to lead a luxury leisure and hospitality venue that combines events, a restaurant and cinema in one location.

The AGM will own day-to-day operations across restaurant, events and cinema, drive guest experience, and manage a 20+ team while working closely with the GM to shape the opening and ongoing performance.

Qualifications

• Experience as GM, AGM, Deputy GM or senior operations manager.
• Proven ability to manage teams of 20+.
• Strong understanding of P&L, budgets and commercial performance.

Salary: A GBP 45,000:A GBP 55,000 DOE

Are you an experienced and energetic Assistant General Manager looking for an exciting brand:new venue combining events, a restaurant and cinema all under one roof. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves being at the heart of the action and wants to be part of a new opening, helping shape the operation from day one.

The Role As AGM, youll be a key part of the leadership team, taking ownership of the day:to:day running of the venue and ensuring everything operates smoothly across the different areas of the business.

Youll Be Responsible For

• A background within hospitality, events, restaurants or a similar fast:paced environment
• New opening experience would be highly beneficial
• Excellent leadership and people:management skills
• A confident, energetic and hands:on approach
