The Queen's in Primrose Hill, Camden, is seeking a motivated Deputy Manager to lead our friendly team in a busy, venue-style pub with a light and bright dining room. You will drive service standards, assist the General Manager, and train staff to delight guests.

You will be responsible for daily operations, staff development, shift planning, and delivering a warm, home-from-home hospitality experience for locals and visitors alike.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality management or supervisory roles.
• Strong focus on delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to train and develop staff to maintain service standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team to deliver warm, efficient service.
• Assist the General Manager and support daily operations.
