Popeyes Louisiana Chicken UK&I is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead from the front in our high-volume restaurant. You’ll work closely with the GM to drive guest experience, food quality, speed of service, and store performance.

You’ll recruit and develop a top team, manage costs, scheduling, and compliance with HACCP and health and safety rules, while modelling the values of inclusion and energy that keep our culture vibrant.

Competenze

• Experience as Assistant General Manager or Restaurant General Manager in branded, high-volume QSR or fast-casual restaurant.
• Experience coaching, training, and holding performance conversations as needed.
• Track record of hitting sales targets, managing costs.
• Experience with labour scheduling, stock management, and inventory systems.
• Strong people leadership and developing future leaders.

What you’ll bring to the table:

• Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager or Restaurant General Manager in a branded, high-volume QSR or fast-casual restaurant
• Experience leading results through your teams, coaching, training and having honest conversations, where needed
• Are excited by growth and ready to take the next step in your career
• Track record of hitting sales targets, managing P&L, and controlling costs
• Experience with labour scheduling, stock management, and inventory systems
• Strong people leadership, you've built teams and developed future leaders
• Ability to deliver quality, safety and cleanliness standards at all time
• The ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, ever changingever-changing environment
