Job summary

Individual Restaurants in Chichester, West Sussex, is hiring an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations across our restaurant collection. You will oversee front-of-house and back-of-house teams, drive service standards, manage staffing and budgeting, and ensure a memorable guest experience.

• Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
