Job summary

Bills is seeking an Assistant General Manager in the UK to lead shifts when the General Manager is away and empower the leadership team on site. You will understand service dynamics and drive improvements to guest experiences while supporting the site goals.

Join a team with progression opportunities, leadership development, and a strong focus on rewards for long service, with over 48 hours scheduled weekly and paid overtime.

• Own your shift - step up when the General Manager is off and lead the team
• Identify what makes a service tick and implement improvements to how the team delivers
• Support the management team to hit site goals and continuously drive site performance
