Job summary

This position offers substantial hands-on experience in real estate and private equity fund accounting. Ideal candidates should have over 2 years of accounting or audit experience and be studying for qualifications like ACA, ACCA, or CIMA. The role includes preparing financial reports, supporting NAVs, and assisting with audits, all within a progressive and supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' accounting or audit experience is required.
• Strong understanding of UK GAAP and IFRS is essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fund and asset-level financial reporting.
• Support management accounts, NAVs, and consolidations.
• Assist with audits and preparation of working papers.
• Review junior team output and support workload management.
• Prepare capital account statements and investor reporting.
• Support cashflow forecasting and covenant reporting.
