Job Description

This opportunity will require you to be in the Leeds office 3 days a week. Reporting into Senior FP&A Analyst, this role will be responsible for assisting in the consolidation of management reporting for the T&T Group, generating ad-hoc analysis to aid the business achieve its core objectives and reporting to US listed majority shareholders.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Preparation and consolidation of monthly reporting such as:
  • Management accounts
  • Forecasts
  • Secured Income
  • Internal global revenue by sector
  • External global revenue by sector and client to CBRE
  • Internal Key Client and Major Program reporting
  • Assisting with the preparation of financial packs for several global Board meetings and Committees
  • Assisting with ad-hoc reporting using big data from our financial ERP.
  • Reviewing, analysing and challenging submissions from Regional Finance teams to ensure reporting is accurate and timely.
  • Always working in accordance with our behavioural values.
  • Other ad-hoc reporting and analysis tasks will form a significant part of this role.
