Job Description

This opportunity requires you to be in the Leeds office 3 days a week. Reporting to the Senior FP&A Analyst, this role involves assisting in the consolidation of management reporting for the T&T Group, generating ad-hoc analysis to support business objectives, and reporting to US-listed majority shareholders.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Preparation and consolidation of monthly reports such as management accounts, forecasts, secured income, internal global revenue by sector, external global revenue by sector and client to CBRE, and internal key client and major program reporting.
  2. Assisting in preparing financial packs for global Board meetings and Committees.
  3. Supporting ad-hoc reporting using big data from financial ERP systems.
  4. Reviewing and analyzing submissions from Regional Finance teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  5. Upholding our behavioural values.
  6. Performing other ad-hoc reporting and analysis tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in preparing and consolidating monthly management accounts, forecasts, and revenue reports.
  • Ability to assist in preparing financial packs and ad-hoc reports using big data.
