Success Talent London is seeking a commercially minded Product Developer to drive ladies fashion collections from concept to production. You will work with Design, Technical and Sourcing teams to deliver stylish, quality garments on a fast timeline.

Candidates should have 2–5 years in apparel product development, strong knowledge of fit, fabrics and construction, plus experience with overseas factories and the wholesale fashion model.

• 2–5 years' experience in apparel product development, ideally across multi-category womenswear.
• Strong technical understanding of fit, fabrics, garment construction and finishes.
• Proven experience working with overseas factories and suppliers.
• Solid understanding of the wholesale fashion business model.

Responsabilidades

• Own the product development journey from initial concept through to bulk production.
• Develop fabrics, trims, washes and finishes that deliver on style, quality and cost.
• Work directly with overseas factories, managing sourcing, supplier allocation and negotiations.
• Drive development across seasonal collections and Special Make Ups (SMUs).
• Manage fit sessions, sampling, approvals and critical paths.
