Job summary

BaxterStorey in Milton Keynes (Bradbourne Drive) is seeking a Deputy General Manager to lead a hospitality team, deliver impeccable service and drive standards. Salary is up to £44,905 with extensive benefits including generous holiday, enhanced maternity leave and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar operation.
• Currently a Deputy General Manager seeking progression or a General Manager looking for a new challenge.
• Financially astute with budgeting and commercial performance awareness.
• Excellent delegation and influencing skills.
• Ability to prioritise multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Meticulous organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
