This is a permanent, full‑time, daytime role working Monday to Friday, offering a competitive salary, depending on skills and experience. It is hybrid working model, with three days in the office and two days working from home each week.

Tasks and responsibilities:

Responsible for partnering with Distribution Centre Managers to ensure effective management of P&L and Balance Sheets across assigned sites.

Key tasks:

• Manage site P&L and balance sheet
• Produce weekly management accounts by client
• Partner with Site Manager and Operations Manager
• Use data to improve financial and operational performance
• Work with suppliers to ensure accurate and timely billing
• Deliver insightful client reporting
• Support onboarding of new clients into Bleckmann
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement
• Foster a positive team environment through communication and feedback

Profile:

• Strong analytical approach to problem‑solving
• Detail‑focused with high accuracy standards
• Enjoys tackling challenges and complex tasks
• Structured and methodical work style
• Clear and effective communicator, both verbally and in writing
• Proficient in Excel, including data manipulation
• Commercially astute with sound business judgment
• Fully or partially qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA)
