Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is hiring an Assistant Finance Manager to support the TJX operation in Crewe. This full-time, permanent role focuses on accurate financial reporting, strong controls and delivering commercial insight to operational teams.

You will produce management accounts, manage accruals and reconciliations, and provide detailed financial analysis to improve performance. You’ll collaborate with site leadership, customers and finance stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in finance, management accounting or commercial finance.
• Strong understanding of financial controls and reporting processes.
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data and communicate findings clearly.
• Currently studying toward a professional accountancy qualification (ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Produce weekly and monthly management accounts, ensuring timely reporting.
• Prepare accruals, prepayments, revenue and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Deliver detailed financial analysis and commentary to identify trends and risks.
• Support budget and forecast preparation with operational teams.
• Build strong relationships with leaders and customers to provide financial insight and challenge.
