Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager to support financial reporting and provide commercial financial insight. You will work closely with operational and finance leaders to ensure targets are achieved and drive business decisions.

The role involves delivering management accounts, forecasts, budgeting support, and analysing performance data. A qualified or part-qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with advanced Excel skills is preferred, and experience with open-book

Qualifications

• Qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent), studying towards a qualification, or qualified by experience.
• Experience in an operational finance role is desirable.

As an Assistant Finance Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the financial performance of this exciting new operation. Working closely with both operational and finance leadership teams, you'll provide accurate reporting, insightful analysis and commercial support to help drive business decisions and ensure financial targets are achieved.,

• Support the Finance Manager in delivering accurate and timely financial reporting

  This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant, part-qualified candidate, or experienced QBE professional looking to develop within a global organisation., Previous experience within an operational finance role
• Qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent), studying towards a qualification, or qualified by experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
• Advanced Excel skills and strong financial systems experience
• Exposure to open-book contract accounting is highly desirable

• This is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00, We're looking to offer a salary of up to £45,000.00 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays).
