Southwark is a dynamic borough in central London, known for its artistic institutions, vibrant communities, and iconic architecture. To support these projects, we are recruiting key finance roles.

The Assistant Finance Director (Housing) will provide financial leadership for the Housing Revenue Account (HRA), managing one of the country's largest social housing stocks. The role involves building strategic relationships, advising on finance and planning, and leading a team to foster continuous improvement and value for money.

The ideal candidate is a fully qualified accountant with experience in leading a business partnering team within a complex organization. Prior experience in housing, particularly with HRA, is essential.
