Job summary

Churchill Living Ltd is seeking an Assistant Finance Business Partner to join the Ringwood-based Finance team. The role involves supporting monthly reporting, budgeting, forecasting and audit activity, working closely with Finance Business Partners and divisional teams to provide timely and accurate financial information.

You will help ensure financial discipline, produce reliable management information and contribute to decision-making across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience with management accounts and financial reporting processes.
• Ability to analyse costs, variances, and financial data with accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Comfortable communicating with colleagues at different levels across teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly management accounts, including P&L, schedules, and variance analysis.
• Support financial appraisals using historical data and divisional forecasts.
• Investigate costs, VAT treatment and movements, raise queries as needed.
• Contribute to monthly management packs, divisional reports and sales reporting.
• Assist with annual budget process and COINS uploads.
• Support audit activities by preparing files and responding to auditor requests.
• Provide ad hoc finance support and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
