Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management or workplace services.
• Experience coordinating multiple service lines and leading teams.
• Knowledge of catering, cleaning, security and facilities services.
• Experience monitoring KPIs and customer expectations.
• Strong health and safety, risk management and compliance knowledge.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the day-to-day delivery of catering, cleaning, security and facilities services.
• Lead and support local teams, driving engagement, performance and development.
• Ensure all services meet contractual standards, KPIs and customer expectations.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and respond professionally to service requests.
• Conduct regular inspections, audits and quality checks across all service lines.
• Oversee cleaning standards, schedules, equipment, stock and consumables.
• Support the effective management of security operations, including access control, incident reporting and compliance.
• Coordinate contractors, suppliers and specialist support services.
• Promote a strong culture of health, safety, security and compliance.
• Manage delegated budgets, labour, consumables and operational resources.
• Support audits, incident management, emergency response and business continuity planning.
• Identify opportunities to improve service quality, efficiency and sustainability.
