Job summary

Chartwells Independent is seeking a Food and Beverage Assistant Manager for Milton Keynes on a full-time, on-site basis. You will support a team alongside the Operations Manager to deliver exceptional retail and hospitality services across a large, high-volume corporate site.

The role requires management experience in retail or hospitality, strong people and communication skills, and the ability to manage labour, costs and service delivery in a fast-paced environment.

• Identifying additional commercial opportunities and discussing with your line manager.
