Grosvenor Casinos in London Victoria is seeking an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to bring energy, leadership and a customer‑first approach to our busy dining and bar venues.

You will support the F&B Manager across the department, oversee shifts, ensure the highest standards of quality and service, manage a diverse team in a 24/7 casino environment, and help create memorable guest experiences with passion and care.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Duty Manager, Assistant Manager or F&B manager.
• Passion for delivering high standards to customers.
• Experience running a venue's F&B social media is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support the F&B Manager to oversee the F&B department.
• Ensure all culinary and beverage standards are met.

As Grosvenor’s Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, you’ll bring a fresh perspective and a whole lot of personality to the team and support the F&B manager drive the business to new heights.

This multifaceted role demands a unique blend of leadership skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Tasked with supporting the F&B Manager to oversee the entirety of the food and beverage department, your duties extend beyond managing a team.

You’ll oversee every culinary creation and beverage dispensed to ensure they uphold the highest standards.

Skills & Experience Needed:

• Experience as a Duty Manager, Assistant Manager, or F&B manager in a reputable branded or independent food and beverage organisation.
• A real passion for delivering the highest standards and experience to customers.
• Experience with running a venues F&B social media is desirable.

Please be advised that this role operates within a 24/7 casino environment and will require flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.

Candidates must be 18 years of age or older and have the legal right to work in the UK.
