Grosvenor Casinos in Birmingham is seeking a Food & Beverage Host to welcome guests with warmth, energy and a genuine smile, helping to create a vibrant atmosphere from arrival.

You'll handle drinks preparation and oversee food service tasks while maintaining a clean, inviting environment, delivering outstanding service in a 24/7 casino setting. Nights and weekends flexibility required; candidates must be 18+ with UK right to work.

Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage is a bonus but not essential.
• Must be 18 years old or older and have the legal right to work in the UK.
• Willingness to work night shifts and weekends.

As a Food & Beverage Host, you’ll be at the heart of our hospitality experience - welcoming guests with warmth, energy, and a genuine smile. You’ll play a key role in creating a vibrant and enjoyable atmosphere, ensuring every customer feels valued from the moment they arrive.

From preparing drinks and overseeing food service tasks to maintaining a clean and inviting environment, you’ll be hands-on in delivering outstanding service.

Skills & Experience Needed:

• Experience in food and beverage is a bonus, but not essential. What really counts is your enthusiasm, reliability, and ability to make every guest feel special.

Please be advised that this role operates within a 24/7 casino environment and will require flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.
