Job summary

Reinforced Recruitment is seeking an Assistant Estimator to join the pre-construction team of a specialist demolition contractor in City of London. You’ll support tenders for demolition, enabling works, groundworks and refurbishment, learning from experienced estimators.

Responsibilities

• Assist with tenders for demolition, groundworks, enabling works and refurbishment projects.

The Role

Working closely with the estimating team, you’ll support the preparation of competitive tenders while developing your technical and commercial knowledge.

• Assisting with tenders for demolition, groundworks, enabling works and structural refurbishment projects.
• Preparing estimates and analysing project information.
• Working alongside senior estimators to produce competitive submissions.
• Supporting projects ranging from approximately £1m to £10m in value.
• Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations.
• Developing your understanding of specialist demolition and heavy construction techniques.
• Contributing to a collaborative pre‑construction team where your ideas and input are valued.
