You will receive comprehensive hands-on training across electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems, along with fully funded qualifications and a clear progression path to advanced field service roles.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide.
• Genuine interest or foundational knowledge of electrical systems, pumps, plumbing or mechanical controls.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, self-motivation and a practical, hardworking approach.

Responsibilities

• Travelling nationwide with service engineers to service customer systems.
• Assisting with routine servicing, repairs across pumps, UV disinfection units, control panels, and valves.
• Developing mechanical, electrical and plumbing skills on the job through hands-on training.
• Carrying out technical safety checks and adhering to site health and safety standards.
• Completing site safety checklists and activity logs on the CRM.
• Supporting head office with vehicle checks, workshop inventory and equipment preparation between site visits.
• Delivering outstanding customer service on client sites and representing the business professionally.
