Liberty Gas Group is seeking an experienced Assistant Electrical Compliance Manager to oversee electrical compliance, safety and quality across our renewables projects. You will work with the Electrical Compliance Manager to ensure installations meet MCS, NICEIC and current regulations.

• Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Installing Electrotechnical Systems and Equipment (or equivalent).
• AM2 qualification.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671).
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Solar PV Installation & Maintenance qualification.
• City & Guilds 2391 or 2394/2395 Inspection & Testing.
• SMSTS, IOSH or NEBOSH.
• Supervisory or Management qualification.

Aufgaben

• Oversee electrical compliance across renewables projects.

• Develop and deliver toolbox talks and compliance briefings.
• Support safe systems of work, RAMS and site safety initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Assist with resource planning, performance management and reporting.
• Maintain compliance procedures and drive consistency across the division.
• Identify and mitigate compliance and operational risks.

Assistant Electrical Compliance Manager - Renewables Help Shape the Future of Renewable Energy As our Renewables Division continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Assistant Electrical Compliance Manager to play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of electrical compliance, safety and quality across our renewable energy projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically skilled electrical professional who is passionate about renewables and looking to take the next step into a leadership and compliance-focused role. You'll work closely with the Electrical Compliance Manager to ensure all installations, certifications and processes meet regulatory, statutory and industry standards. The Role Reporting to the Electrical Compliance Manager, you'll support the delivery of renewable energy projects by overseeing compliance, quality assurance and technical standards across our operations. You will help ensure all electrical works are completed safely, efficiently and in full compliance with current regulations, MCS and NICEIC requirements.

Key Responsibilities

What We're Looking For

Essential Qualifications

• Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Installing Electrotechnical Systems and Equipment (or equivalent).
• AM2 qualification.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671).
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Solar PV Installation & Maintenance qualification.
• City & Guilds 2391 or 2394/2395 Inspection & Testing.

Desirable Qualifications

• SMSTS, IOSH or NEBOSH.
• Supervisory or Management qualification.

Experience & Knowledge

• Strong technical knowledge of electrical installations, inspection, testing and certification.
• Experience ensuring compliance with electrical regulations and industry standards.
• Understanding of health and safety legislation and safe systems of work.
• Experience managing or supervising electrical teams.
• Ability to conduct inspections, audits and quality assurance reviews.
• Strong understanding of renewable technologies and installation best practices.
• Experience within social housing or planned maintenance environments is advantageous.
