An established industry player is seeking a compassionate individual to provide vital support to those fleeing domestic abuse. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for residents, ensuring they feel welcomed and informed about the resources available to them. Your responsibilities will include managing referrals, conducting risk assessments, and maintaining safety plans to protect vulnerable individuals and their families. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in the community while working in a supportive and inclusive environment. If you are passionate about helping others and want to be part of a team dedicated to fostering positive change, this is the role for you.
You’ll work with the team to deliver high quality support and accommodation to people fleeing domestic abuse, including their children. You will be the first point of contact for external enquiries, referrals, admissions and to the residents residing in the refuge accommodation.
