Job summary

Qualifications

• Professional services / consulting background.
• Transactions experience: due diligence, carve-out or integrations desirable.
• Deep understanding of core operational functions across industries.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate operational analysis into financial insights.

Responsibilities
