Job summary

EY-Parthenon in the UK seeks an Assistant Director to lead financial due diligence, understand business drivers, and deliver insights for clients. You will project-manage teams, coordinate with EY service lines in the UK and internationally, and help shape client strategies.

The role offers travel within the UK and potentially abroad, in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment that values clear communication and coaching junior staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development and client-facing advisory roles.
• Strong commercial experience and/or transaction experience (including financial due diligence).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to senior clients.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead financial due diligence projects, understanding key business drivers and client value.
• Co-develop approach with clients and agree value measurements.
• Project manage teams and coordinate with EY service lines domestically and internationally.
• Produce deliverables including reports and client discussions; provide coaching to junior staff.
