Lionheart Academy Trust invites applications for Assistant Director of Mathematics in the secondary phase. You will be jointly responsible for the quality of curriculum and teaching of Mathematics across the Trust, with emphasis on progress and GCSE/A-level attainment.

You will lead by example, drive improvement, and ensure safeguarding compliance through enhanced DBS checks and inclusive practice across staff networks.

Lionheart Academy Trust is seeking to appoint an exceptional professional to join our Trust Leadership Team as Assistant Director of Mathematics in our secondary phase. The successful candidate will be jointly responsible for the quality of curriculum and teaching of secondary Mathematics across the Trust, including the progress students make and their overall attainment at GCSE and A level. This will include an element of school improvement work. This is an exciting opportunity to really make a difference to wide range of learners.
The successful candidate will be a highly effective leader who can lead by example and implement outstanding teaching and learning.
