Job summary

Celebree School™ is seeking a School Operations Manager to partner with the School Director and Assistant Director, champion our mission, and oversee talent, brand, and daily operations.

This role combines leadership, classroom coverage, safety compliance, and family engagement to build a welcoming, compliant school environment and support expansion.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree preferred.
• Assistant Director qualification strongly preferred.
• Preschool Lead Teacher, Infant Toddler, and School Age certifications strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build a school community that attracts new families and team members fostering positive relationships
• Provide classroom coverage as needed, serving as a substitute teacher when regular teaching staff are absent, on break, attending training, or when additional classroom support is required.
• Oversee the School-Age Program, including supervising children, supporting daily activities, maintaining safety and ratios, and driving the school bus/van for school pick-up, drop-off, and field trips as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state laws, regulations, and Celebree standards, policies, and procedures.
• Support the Director and Assistant Director in maintaining a safe, compliant, and well-organized school environment, including assisting with safety procedures, supervision, emergency preparedness, and daily operational needs.
• Management of childcare operations, from scheduling to documentation, ensuring smooth operations and record-keeping
• Ensure exceptional customer service experiences, e.g., thorough, friendly tours (visits); welcoming environment; accessible for parent meetings, phone calls, etc.;
• Support and lead new company initiatives
