Job summary

Celebree School in Stafford is seeking an Infant/Toddler Teacher to support early development, create a nurturing and enriching environment, and reflect Celebree’s mission in daily activities. You will guide infants and toddlers with compassion while promoting growth and exploration.

You will plan age-appropriate lessons, ensure safety and cleanliness, document attendance and reports, and collaborate with families and staff. Lead teacher requirements and licensing knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Must meet the requirements to be a lead teacher as approved by the governing State agency.
• Knowledge of the behavioral and developmental stages of children and childcare licensing requirements.
• Ability to manage a classroom with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; patience and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Navigate the day's activities alongside infants, offering gentle guidance and support.
• Manage the Infant classroom ensuring compliance with regulations, standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for all children, parents, and visitors.
• Create and implement thorough, timely lesson plans that are age-appropriate and stimulating.
• Ensure the classroom is a safe, clean, and inviting space where curiosity can flourish.
• Accurately complete all paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking
