Boots is looking for an Assistant Digital Project Implementation Manager in Nottingham. The role supports the Digital eCommerce Implementation Team, coordinating cutover and implementation activities and ensuring testing, sign-off and smooth launches for Boots.com.

You'll work across Transformation, Technical, Change and wider Implementation teams, tracking progress, dependencies and risks to keep delivery moving in a fast-paced digital environment.

Competenze

• Strong communication across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Structured, organised approach to delivery and processes.
• Ability to track dependencies, risks and testing activities.
• Experience coordinating digital/eCommerce projects is a plus.

Mansioni

• Support planning and coordination of cutover and implementation activities for Boots.com.
• Track progress with cross-functional teams to maintain delivery momentum.
• Manage dependencies and ensure actions precede go-live.
• Support testing: exploratory, automated, and UAT against standards.
• Identify and escalate risks, issues or delays early.
• Document requirements for new systems and tools; aid accurate estimates.
• Capture Digital Operations activity within delivery plans.
• Assist smooth handovers between release, project and incident support.
• Contribute to workshops to drive decisions and provide SME input.
• Provide practical support to current and future digital implementation projects.
