This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and growing sector within mental health care, focusing on modular construction projects. The position involves frequent travel, stakeholder coordination, and delivery responsibilities to meet the group's expanding property demands.
Reporting to the Development Project Manager, you will assist in managing third-party contractors and consultants, ensuring top-quality delivery and value across all projects. You will be involved in the entire project lifecycle—from site acquisition and planning to design, procurement, and construction.
