An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Design Manager to join a reputable Tier 1 Main Contractor.

The Assistant Design Manager will be site based on an industrial scheme in Kent.

You will support and work alongside a Senior Design Manager and project team in planning, monitoring, review, integration, and coordination. This is a great chance to work on a challenging project from start to finish and develop your career with a reputable organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure best practice principles are followed, conduct design assurance and buildability reviews regularly, meet design deliverables, and align with the commercial strategy.
• Assist the Senior Design Manager in monitoring risks, identifying opportunities, and recording and assessing the impact of changes on the project.
• Document all project interactions related to design, including approvals, comments, submissions, and reviews, ensuring all design is approved in line with project protocols.
