The Team

The team primarily focuses on data centres, staying updated on best practices and researching breakthrough technologies shaping future trends.

We work closely with clients to develop, improve, and deploy standard design templates globally, influencing the future of data centre design, alongside bespoke projects.

The Role
The Assistant Design Manager supports the Data Centre design projects within the UK and internationally. Responsibilities include assisting the Senior Design Manager in liaising with all design disciplines, tracking progress, and coordinating design issues.

This role involves managing design tools such as trackers for client requirements, comments, meetings, actions, and schedules, as well as supporting organizational tasks like scheduling meetings, workshops, site visits, and documentation.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in managing large-scale data centre project delivery.
• Follow up on design team assignments and actions.
• Support document management and project filing systems.
• Help create and maintain design management tools and trackers.
• Support change management processes.
• Coordinate design stage issues and track deliverables.
• Organize meetings, workshops, site visits, and events.
• Participate in project and client meetings, taking notes.
• Coordinate with the commercial team as needed.
• Monitor adherence to QA procedures across disciplines.
