Qualifications

Experience leading nursery teams in a leadership role.
Knowledge of UK regulatory requirements and inspections.
Budgeting and staffing deployment experience desirable.
Paediatric First Aid and First Aid at Work qualifications.

Responsibilities

Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for the team.
Partner with Deputy Manager to deliver education per curriculum.
Champion safeguarding and wellbeing; act as Designated Safeguarding Lead when needed.
Ensure self-evaluation is up to date and actions followed quickly.
Oversee daily risk and health/safety checks to keep operations smooth.
Coach and motivate the team through regular feedback.
Support staffing and operations, including interviews and rotas.
Drive continuous improvement and high standards of practice.
Bring positivity and passion to every task.
