Job summary

Stonegate Group operates the Green House in Belper and is looking for a Team Leader who can support and motivate the team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You will guide and coach the team, ensure service standards, and help create a welcoming atmosphere while working closely with management to achieve the venue's vision.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hospitality teams to deliver guests experiences.
• Ability to coach, mentor and develop staff to meet standards.
• Strong customer service and guest-relations skills.

We are looking for a Team Leader who enjoys supporting and motivating the team to create a fantastic experience for our guests at Green House. You’ll help guide and coach the team, making sure everyone works together to deliver the best service possible.
